What data we process

The data you send us by email or through the form: name, email, company (if you give it), the type of service you are looking for and what you tell us in your message. What you send through the form is stored in our management system, hosted in the European Union, and we receive an email notice.

• To answer your request and prepare a proposal.
• To stay in touch if we start a project together.

Legal basis and retention

We process the data of people in the European Union under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The legal basis is your consent when you write to us and, if we work together, the provision of the service. We keep the data for as long as the relationship lasts and, after that, for the periods the law requires.

Who it is shared with

We do not pass your data on to third parties unless the law requires it. Our email provider and the provider of our management system (Supabase, with servers in the European Union) host it as data processors.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, object to, restrict the processing of or ask for the portability of your data by writing to aheredia.x10sion (at) gmail.com. You can also file a complaint with the data protection authority of your country; in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
